Adding to his already million dollar investments, New Orleans native Master P. aka Percy Miller has recently purchased the ownership of the New Orleans Gators.
The Gators are a part of a Global Mixed Gender Basketball League where both men and women can play together and are paid equally.
Master P. has a history in basketball as he’s played in the NBA for the Toronto Raptors and the Charlotte Hornets before his rap career. This purchase is a major step towards giving back to the community with Team Hope NOLA as the franchise’s foundation.
The foundation hosts celebrity basketball games at Xavier University each year to bring support and scholarships.
