One of the hardest decisions for me to make is where/what to eat!

The back and forth of trying to decide how to fill your belly could ultimately start a war. No need to fight over what to eat anymore. We got you covered with a couple of restaurants in different parts of the city that hold any rocky relationship together. Okay, that may be an exaggeration but at least food will be the least of your worries.

Le Petit Marche

Want an Instagram worthy shot of you tearing up one of my absolute favorite breakfast sandwiches, the Famous French Toast Sandwich? Le Petit Marche is the one. It’s on the Eastside of town in Kirkwood. The owners are cool and the food is phenomenal. You can have a quiet conversation or celebrate a milestone. It’s a nice area to get a walk in on a lovely Saturday or Sunday afternoon as well.

Rias Bluebird

Ria’s is a hometown legend. The original owner and Chopped winner Ria Pell passed away in 2013 but her spirit lives on through the stellar menu. Arrive early or there will be a line but please don’t let the line scare you off. It moves pretty quickly and is definitely worth the wait. Everything from the pancakes to the brisket breakfast will have you needing more. They close at 3 in the afternoon every day so you have to get on the good foot when attempting to dine at the hidden gem on Memorial Drive.

Twisted Soul Cookhouse & Pours

Chef VanTrece’s Twisted Soul Cookhouse and Pours has solidified itself as a Midtown favorite. It was once called Twisted Soul Kitchen & Bar if you’re familiar. It’s on Huff Road in West Midtown, which has a good amount of spots to check out as well. You can’t go wrong with their Dirty South Fried Chicken Omelette and the Georgia Apple & Grilled Three Cheese Sandwich. This one will definitely put a smile on his/her face.

For so long I lived on the outskirts of the city and I would look up places for brunch but no one was talking about eateries in unexpected areas. Well, that’s no longer a problem because now you know about Nana’s. I can’t find one thing I don’t like. The chicken and waffle dish is the specialty but they offer so much more. Now Nana’s is in Conyers but if you happen to live anywhere past Moreland, the drive is not bad at all.
